What is the refund policy?

All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. The reason we cannot provide a refund is that once a digital good has been downloaded, it cannot be revoked.

How will I receive my kits after I purchased them?

You'll be provided with a download link right after purchase. In addition, we send you a confirmation email with your download link so you can download it later if you want.

Are loop packs royalty free?

No, loop packs are not royalty free. Every beat made with one of our loops must be credited and split 50/50 any form of revenue with the producer that made them. This also includes the loops from drumkits, but not the one shot sounds.

Do you offer custom beats?

Yes. For custom beats you will need to contact us at contact@wearevacant.ro and provide us all the details of your idea and the date and hour that you'll available for a meet. We will make the beat on a call with you so that we don't have to send you too many version of the beat.

Do you offer album/bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer custom bulk deals.

Depending on the number of tracks that you want we will give you a custom offer (e.g. For 3 custom beats you will pay only the price of 2 of them, for 10 beats you will pay the price of 5 beats and so on).

We made it this way because we support creating albums and we don't want the price of each beat to be an impediment.
